ZEON’s North American Operations
ZEON operates three manufacturing plants in North America. Our Louisville, Kentucky plant produces nitrile (NBR) and acrylate (ACM) elastomers. In Hattiesburg, Mississippi, we produce polyether (ECO), a specialty elastomer. Our Bayport, Texas plant produces hydrogenated nitrile (HNBR) elastomers.
Purchasing for our North American Operations is center-led by Louisville-based Purchasing team.
Terms of Purchase
All sales of goods and services to ZEON are governed by our Terms of Purchase.
No individual at ZEON can authorize purchases under alternative terms except as authorized, in writing, by ZEON’s Purchasing Department or a Corporate Officer.
Invoices & Payment
For prompt processing, invoices should be submitted via email to accountspayable@zeonchemicals.com. Purchase order numbers should be clearly marked on all documents, including, but not limited to, invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of analysis.
ZEON’s preferred method of payment is via Purchasing (“P”) Card. We also offer electronic funds transfer (EFT) via automated clearing house (ACH).
Our Purchasing and Accounts Payable Teams verbally verify any payment change request with known contacts, or with the Supplier’s bank, prior to making a change in our system. We will not call the number on change request letters or respond to emails requesting a change, as they could be fraudulent.
We will gladly validate any request you receive to add new ship to or worksite addresses to our account. Working together we can minimize disruption and loss through payment fraud.
